This math and me "me math" booklet, is a wonderful end of the year activity, where students can put into practice all sorts of math concepts that they've learned.  It also works well as an icebreaker for the beginning of the year, to help everyone get to know each other.  This packet will be FREE for an entire year! Woo hoo.  After which time it will be up-dated and put in my TpT shop.  For your convenience, I've included some of the new pages in the PREVIEW.

Print off Polly; laminate and trim.  Cut out an opening in her mouth; attach Polly to a container and have students "feed" her number "cracker" cards.

Children choose a partner and take turns rolling the dice.  Whatever number they roll will be the matching numbered pattern block that they will stack.  A second roll tells them how many of that pattern block they need to stack.  If they knock over their stack, the spilled pieces go back in the pile; any that are still in a stack can stay.

Five pattern block games are included in this packet that will help review shapes, colors, numbers and simple addition.

Incorporate math skills with your dental hygiene unit.  Print the large tooth posters on white construction paper and then laminate.  Using a dry erase marker students trace and write the numbers and number words and then place that many tooth tiles inside the mouth.
