March is a very windy month here in the midwest. With that in mind, I designed this Wind Tricks poetry packet, to go along with my other wind-themed activities.  I hope you find it helpful.

This adorable 3D turkey is an interesting and fun way to have students write about what they are thankful for.  Children write 6 of those things on a colored strip of paper, then staple it into a feather "loop" that they glue to the back of their turkey

I found a similar poem online being quoted in a variety of places, all with an unknown author. I revamped it and changed letters H through Z, then tweaked it for preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade.
