I designed this poster because I use it as my mantra when teaching composition to my college students at GRCC.
It makes a great writing prompt.  Ask students to write on the back what the quote means and how it applies to them and their choices.

So that you have a nice variety, instead of all brown, students can color their horse their favorite color.  Collect them and make into a class book.

I feel it is a great reminder to students that they are responsible for their class work, grades and ultimate learning experience.
