A wonderful way to learn about the flag. Can be used as an introduction to The Pledge of Allegiance or a review. 3 different endings makes this booklet very versatile.

Students TRACE and then WRITE key words. Children learn important facts about the flag as they trace, cut and glue matching pictures to the appropriate sentences. Numbers that are associated with the flag, are also reviewed and practiced. 

The booklet can stop at "I'm learning the Pledge of Allegiance"and can be used in September, or with 3 other endings, can end with "I know The Pledge of Allegiance" and act as a review. 

Teachers can also choose to include an additional last page and choose one that celebrates Memorial Day, Flag Day or The 4th of July.
