This is a wonderful packet to go along with the back to school book The Kissing Hand, by Audrey Penn. 

The packet includes several "I Spy" games that are a quick, easy and fun way to whole-group assess upper and lowercase letters;  large 5x7 alphabet cards to use for flashcards or Memory Match, or "I Have; Who Has?" games. Make an extra set, cut them apart and use them as puzzles. There's also several regular assessments, trace and write worksheets, and a tip list of what else you can do with the cards, including the Kaboom game.
