You could really offer this challenge ANY time of the year, but I specifically do it during March is Reading Month.   Use my letter and notes home, as a guide to give your parents fun suggestions of what else they can do instead of tuning in to the "boob tube". Plan a contest and pass out the certificates of praise for a job well done!
