What a fun way to review shapes by making each stamp a different one!

Students will enjoy practicing their fine motor skills as they trace the circle, triangle, rectangle, square, heart, and oval stamps, as well as the shape words.  A nice discussion can be had when you ask them at the end of the story WHO they will send their valentine to.

This little story could be a great introduction for your trip to the post office to mail your valentines, and is an easy read aloud to reinforce concepts of print.
