92 pages. Common Core State Standard RI.K1d
A themed page for the months of September through May.
There is a set for numbers 1-10 where students match the group of themed objects at the top with the numeral below.
As an added writing extension children practice tracing the numbers. Students also enhance their listening and following direction skills by using a different color to connect the top answer to the bottom solution. Drawing diagonally as well as up and down the page helps increase fine motor skills and finger dexterity.
The 2nd set of seasonal skill sheets involves matching uppercase letters to their lowercase partner. Students also get an opportunity to practice their writing skills by tracing those letters.
Finally, a set of empty templates is provided for you to use to make up your own skill sheets involving math equations on the top with their answers on the bottom, or use them for newsletters, writing prompts, coloring pages, spelling lists or whatever else you may dream up.
These also make great assessments, something for children to do when they finish other work or a simple yet appropriate lesson for a substitute.
