This is a super-simple, end-of-the-year writing prompt that makes a quick and easy memory book, or class book you can share with your next year's kiddos.

I found this idea in various print forms on a variety of sites, so I'm not sure where the original idea came from.  However, instead of making an 8x10 print to frame, I thought it would be perfect to design some cards, bookmarks and magnets, which children could make in school for various holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Grandparent's Day.

This "craftivity" packet is very versatile. I have templates that you can use at the end of the school year, where students write about the"souper" summer they are looking forward to, or the "souper" year they had, or they can make one for your next year's kiddos explaining why they are going to have a "souper" year in __________ grade.

Help students learn the life cycle of a frog by making this cute paper plate craft. Completed projects look awesome dangling from the ceiling.

Help students learn the life cycle of a frog, with this cute flip up booklet.  The frog's face flips up to reveal pages with the various stages on them.  Students color, cut and collate.

"Hip Hippo Ray! I'm on my way" is a sweet end of the year activity.  Choose whatever pages you want and have the students complete the writing prompts and then glue their booklet to the hippo.  There's also a pattern for "Hip Hippo Ray!  It's graduation day" appropriate for a preschool or kindergarten graduation. Glue on a photo for that finishing touch.

17 pages.

The packet includes templates that you can use at the beginning of the school year to get to know your students, as well as one to use at the end of the year, plus bookmarks you can give to your kiddos, plus one they can make for your next year's students.

4 pages.

Card flips open to reveal why their child thinks they are a sweet mom.  Add a photo inside the cherry and some paper "sprinkles" for that finishing touch.  This Mother's Day "craftivity" is a special FREEBIE in my TpT shop.  Click on the link to get your copy today!
